In Nicaragua pursuant to the Commercial Code, Stock Corporations (in Spanish: “Sociedades Anónimas”) must have the following organizational structure:
- A General Meeting (in Spanish: “Asamblea General de Accionistas”) and a Board of Directors (in Spanish: “Junta Directiva”).
