Limited Liability Companies
Pursuant to the Kyrgyz Law “On Business Partnerships and Companies” a Limited Liability Company may have one of the following organizational structures:
- Board of Directors (in Russian: “Совет директоров“) and an Executive Board (in Russian: “Исполнительный орган”).
- An Executive Board only.
Joint Stock Companies
Pursuant to the Kyrgyz Law “On Joint Stock Companies” a Joint Stock Company must have the following organizational structure:
- A Board of Directors (in Russian: “Совет директоров”) and an Executive Board.
